Lee Ortmanns, has over 25 years of experience in the benefits industry working with both benefit carriers and brokerages. Her extensive experience includes the administration of multi-employer group benefit plans and full-cycle benefit administration, making her a trusted resource for all benefit-related matters.
Currently, Lee is the administrative backbone of the Human Capital Benefits organization and has been effectively working with our diverse client base to manage service issues, while providing benefits and management reporting to support the organization. Her dedication to customer service and willingness to find solutions, is something that is difficult to find in our industry today and for that we are excited to have her as an integral part of the team.
